(ALASKA) - Near the end of Sunday’s picnic in Fairbanks, Sarah Palin officially steps down and Lt. Governor Sean Parnell will be sworn in as the new chief executive.
Many are still at a loss why Palin, the former vice-presidential candidate, left office more than a year before the end of her first term.
